The 35-cover restaurant occupies the finest room in the hotel – the original drawing-room with its beautiful decorative mouldings, high ceilings, and enormous almost floor-to-ceiling windows.
Our talented and versatile chef, Tomer Ron, has been running the kitchen at Cotswold Grange Hotel since 2009. Tomer’s philosophy is aligned to the Modern British style - unfussy dishes made with quality (local) ingredients, matched with subtle sauces to accentuate flavour.
We’ve worked hard to source good quality produce – much of it local to the Cotswolds/Gloucestershire. We’re fortunate to be in a region with a wealth of quality ingredients and suppliers - our meat is supplied by award-winning Cotswold butchers, Martin’s Meats, whose farm is in the Cotswold Hills; much of our fruit and vegetables come from the Vale of Evesham. We even have wine from the acclaimed Three Choirs Vineyard in Gloucestershire.
